No wish 'to engage in a fight or argument'. Hence, not trolling. And since both time trial bikes and HPV are the industry's best attempt to go fast, it even follows somewhat logically in the thread. Especially when the pic is prefaced with, 'Best for going fast'.
If I go to the Symphony and someone unsuspectingly gives me a brochure for the Opera = I do not accuse them of trolling. YMMV
Sorry, but with BF the allowances for staying on topic are a bit too lax IMHO. Since it's my opinion though and the mods never seem to mind, that opinion counts for nada.
The intent you missed is that their posting that is meant to trigger folks going "that's not a TT bike" then debate/argue it. Which is exactly trolling and exactly what you just posted as a definition. It would be like me jumping into the recumbent subforum and posting a bunch of junk about DF bikes in it that's irrelevant just to raise the ire of those folks.
So let's formalize it into being trolling by me saying "that velomobile isn't a TT bike" and engaging in that argument.
