I throw my Castelli bibs into the wash with my other cycling clothes. Wash on cold, dry on gentle and I check for when the cycling clothes are dry and pull them out early.

I have some indoor bibs from La Passione - the NDR and they are great for indoor riding and cost about $135. Those go in the wash also.
