Back in June 2014, I had a 12.5 mph crash. I suffered a complete tear of my left AC joint. my doctor recommended not having surgery at that time.

I did no riding and wore a sling on my arm for about 3 months or so. After that I was told I could resume riding as my comfort allowed. Been riding ever since.
