An important bit of information is the rear hub spacing. You mentioned your frame is 130mm, many track wheels are 120mm, if that’s the case you should be able to add a 5mm spacer or even extra locknut on either side and make it work. Keep in mind the respacing might make it difficult (but certainly not impossible) to remove or replace your freewheel.

You could also use a 130mm cassette wheel with a single speed adapter kit. This would work best with a bolt on wheel or hex skewer in place of quick release, in my opinion.
