Who, in God's name, came up with that chart? That is so bogus for so many reasons. If the question is actually something like "How old are you and how fast can you ride?" I am 75 and can do a 1 mi. flat segment (without much wind) near 25 mph. Doing a 25 mi. ride with 70 ft/mi of climbing would put me around 15 mph.
Better yet....when I turned 50 I weighed 175 lbs and had a 20 mi. route I ran as a TT. My best was 20 mph. If I did that today at age 75 and 190 lb I'd guess it would be 15-16 mph.
