The text size in the one I linked to is perfectly readable for me, its 5pt in size. The only time its a struggle is if I'm really tired.
That probably would be an issue for me. I suspect cataract surgery is probably in the cards in the foreseeable future and just maybe after that I could deal with a 5 pt font again.
