Whenever I lose some junk from my trunk, I have to raise my saddle some. Less cushion means the sit bones are closer to the BB. Losing the aero gut also gives me more reach. At some point, a different size frame might make sense. It also means I could go to a wheelset with a lower spoke count. Hmmmm, I have to figure out my needs and research some different brands.
