Should I be able to get this on?

If you can find that tire, it may depend where you are located. The 438 number of the original tire is the effective rim dimension and the 406 number is smaller

I located one listing on ebay (In Spain) https://www.ebay.com/itm/29360293741...YAAOSwAQxe2WlE
