The wheelset is $35. It would be hard to beat the price. Plus I live in the country now rather than the city and it seems a little bigger tire would be good for the conditions around me. And the San Jose has a drop bar which still like. I also would have a hard time selling the frame for much money so It would be cool to fix it for the same price I would get to scrap it.
