did the 14 station circuit at lunch. laid off the 2 overhead press stations. used light or no weights at the other arm stations. exceptions being bicep curl & tricep stations. I limited the range of motion I did on the triceps but used more than light weight. on the abs crunch that involves the arms overhead to start, I started w/ just 1 arm until I got the grips lower, then took the left arm out before returning to the start when I was done. for the 2 overhead press stations, one of which is angled more forward, I first tried them w/ zero weight but the range of motion was too premature, so did those stations w/ very light weight & just the right arm
