That looks like the bars are at their max height and there is 20mm of spacers underneath that could be removed(the last spacer stays since that is how the cheap integrated cable solution requires, I believe).

$70 for a different stem length because the stem is proprietary, and you better like -6deg for the stem angle because you arent getting anything else.
Fully internally routed cables thru the headset that make maintenance a pain.
Fully integrated cockpit on higher level models that make the rider fit the bike instead of vice versa.
Proprietary seatpost that limits options.
'Aero' tubes that are totally negated the moment you toss on a handlebar bag and/or a race number.

Cool paint jobs though.
