Gee... sounds like you're starving yourself, don't do it! Continuous hunger will send your body into famine mode where it slows down your metabolism, breaks down muscles and hoards fats. This will end up counter-acting your weight-loss goals and workouts.

As others have said, you don't need large calorie-deficits daily and it's actually not healthy. About 500-700 calories less than you burn off per day is about maximum for balancing fitness-improvements and weight-loss. You're gonna want to increase strength and fitness at the same time as losing-weight, this will help you accelerate the weight-loss later when you get into the 300lb range. Losing too much weight weekly in the beginning will cause loss of muscle-tissue as well and will tend to cause plateaus in your weight-loss curve as you'll hit periods of continuous exhaustion and lack of motivation and stamina to do workouts.

So aim for 2500-2800 calories a day. Spread out all that food evenly across the day so that your stomach never really fully-empty for long. This will keep your blood-sugar high and prevent the hunger pangs. Cut back on most of that simple white-breads, mayo and milk. Add more fresh fruits for snacks and more veggies, low-fat crackers for snacks; I've always found these to be more filling and satisfying than salads (the dressings always seem to be loaded with sugars and fats anyway ).
