These are difficult pics to tell you too much. It's an entry level bike and won't be very light (steel handlebar, headset, pedals, stamped steel crank, cheap brakes). Oddly, those rims don't look like 27" but the size of the wheels don't really have anything to do with weight.

I would be careful and wouldn't go near it if I couldn't inspect it in person, but that's just me.
