As stated by Pastorbobnlnh, this bicycle would fetch a very good price. However, bicycles are meant to be ridden and if a moustache bar with bar con shifters is want you want, then go for it. Just don't discard the old parts, in case it only turns out to be another one hour ride. I would think that the Specialized hybrid would make a more suitable commuter.
