This is not too far removed from early lugged carbon frames. The obvious downside is the very high cost of a one off. Maybe 3D print, but either way it is more for keeping that particular frame instead of finding a replacement and getting on with life.

It would take some serious mods. One would have to carefully clean up around the original clamp. Slot the frame. Then get a new aluminum part made with a CNC. As you said, likely not cheap.

I think part of the problem is that the aero post doesn't clamp as easily as circular posts, which is the reason for the unique clamp.

I'm not sure how other manufacturers have solved that problem. Some use wedges. Some use circular posts.

Perhaps that is one of the reasons that non-adjustable rigid seatpost masts are popular with some manufacturers.

If the OP doesn't need to adjust the post, then I'm with [MENTION=395632]le mans[/MENTION], one could just epoxy it in place.
