I've never figured out how to get anything useful out of the sleep tracking..
My main concern is that it will **** up some of the other stuff on the watch, like the "body battery."
eg: It did manage to record (correctly) a high-stress day, but said since I got a lot of restorative sleep last night (lying in bed awake from 10:30 pm to 4:00 am), it wasn't a problem.
