Hypno - I'm on the other side of the Twin Cities, but I had enough of cold weather biking when I delivered papers at 20 below. I'm more lke MarcusT with a cold cutoff of about 40.

One winter I tried bringing the bike inside on a stand and riding for "exercise." Absolutely makes watching golf on TV seem exciting! I even made a book rack for the handlebars so I could read while "exercising." No go - bike now goes on a storage rack in the garage in late November. Got it down and tuned up 2 weeks ago on an isolated warm day, but it was messy riding with too much snow melt and winter slop for fun. I'm patiently waiting for the day that Real Spring (Not calendar spring) actually comes to MN - maybe this Thursday according to forecasts?
