I've been belatedly diagnosed with a Grade II AC joint sprain. Does this thing get any better? For those of you who experienced it, what helped?
The Doctor advised I wear a sling for 6 weeks, but the Physio I am going to reckons I don't need it as I have nearly full range of motion in my right arm, although it still hurts, especially when raising the arm above my shoulder.
The Physio has got me doing 'weighted pendulums' with a 2L bottle, which helps with movement, I guess. It's now 3 weeks after the accident. Is there anything else I could be doing?
