I will toss tubes where the prior owner put slime in them. You can tell as the tubes are really heavy. I've cut a few of them just to see, yep, full of slime.
i just found that on two tubes, iv'e never heard of that, but as i was spinning the wheels on the stand i heard the feint sloshing noise, i was like when the H### is that water noise, i realized it was the wheel, i looked at the valve and there was a liquid on it... weird i chunked them ....
