I’m no expert on Univegas of that vintage but that looks like a great deal under the dust.
The first shop I worked at in High School Univega was our premier line and I was consistently impressed by their build quality and overall finish for the price. Really really nice bikes. The owner actually raced actively on the top of the line model I think it was called the Super Special.
