No, it's a standard NoCom fork, if saying that isn't an oxymoron.. All of the NoComs I know of have a disc brake in front. That said, it's uncommon in almost every aspect. It has 80mm between dropouts, it's assymetrical (the missing 20 mm are on the chain side,) it has no rake, and the crown is very short. The dropouts are closed to avoid having the brake pull the wheel out of the fork during hard braking, and the disc caliper is mounted on the bottom, not rear, of the fork. Below shows more details. This was taken after I repaired a few cracks, since buying a replacement was just not possible. The repairs have held up for 5 years, so I think I'm good!
