I was thinking of trying to make a set of covers for a rear wheel just for something to try. I ride a lot on a circuit where I used to participate in a time-trial, and although it is no longer being held, I still time myself around it now and then, so it would be interesting to see if covers for the rear helped with the time around the circuit at all.
