Definately sounds like you should tilt it up a little, maybe also move it forward a tadd?

But take into account:

As the saddle wears in it slightly saggs (Hammock effect) and softens a lot. Both these aspects will affect what is the 'ideal setup' and both will mean that numbness (providing setup and handlebars are good) or unwanted sliding should be a thing of the past.
