Those were my grandson's favorite colors back in 2011, too. The only pink I've been able to find in men's clothes is team stuff (ONCE and EF), and I wouldn't want to insult any team by wearing their clothes and riding at 12 mph....
EF kit is from Rapha and Rapha has quite a bit of pink, non-EF stuff, starting with their Core line ($70 for either Core or Core Lightweight jerseys).
