Read the manual I put in the link. If you have the necessary stuff and have confidence to do the bleed then do it. But if you don't have a good understanding of hydraulics and how hydraulic brakes work, you might best leave this to a LBS. Little misconceptions will cause you a lot of grief

Probably won't cost any more to let a good bike mechanic bleed them than what it takes for you to get the necessary fluid, funnel and other stuff.
