I see a Victory crank and what appears to be a Victory hub. I don’t understand why you’re so reluctant to help us help you or even listen to what we tell you. There were very few if any Record models listed in the US market, and if you bike looks almost exactly like the one in the link then it most likely the US Vittoria model which very likely carried a name more familiar to European markets as Record Victory.
