One the rear hub flanges is bent.
So 2 good front and 1 rear (maybe parts).

I might let a local I sold a frame to build a fixed have them.

We have a 2'nd set of Normandy (maintained) laced to some old steel rims in the garage.
I looked at the rims and thought yeech! ...nice flanges.

I mostly mtb, little knowlage of retro -road other than a few names picked off BF.
I might build a road bike, but i'm missing the frame.
