I strongly doubt that stem is set right and if that's a medium I'd hate to see seller's small!

Raleigh competition with a lot of new parts. Ready to go. Medium size frame with longer stem and seat post to accommodate taller riders. I'm 6-1 and it fits me pretty well. Has a dent in the top tube.
Has very nice brooks seat and capagnolo rear derailleur. I believe the brakes and shifting components are original. Full Reynolds 531 frame
