Returning roadie: questions about components

Just recieved my " new" frame! Its nice looking 2003 Colnago CT1 "Lux Titanio" a few scratches, but nice over all. The deal included a Campy Chorus a heatset and a bottom bracket. I thought at least my old Campy Super Record cranks would fit. Nope. That sux cause it is a perfectly good Super Record crank from 1982 (!) I hate to buy something so simmilar to what I already have, call me a luddite! Well I certainly got I my moneys worth from that 80's Campagnolo stuff. It all still works, and looks great from a design standpoint. The old front derailleur fits as does the S/R seat post! Bonus!
So I have a few questions:
1. Do you think the derailleur will work with those new fangeled shifters? (Brifters , I mean)

2. What wheels do you reccomend?

3. What are the common road crank arm leangth and rings size these days? The old days was 175 long with a 42-52 that was standard, has this changed at all? and why.

4. Where can I buy a Campy Grouppo? Stem and handlebars (or should I keep using my old Cinnelli bars?)
Any product reccomendations would be helpful.

Thanks alot!
JT
