Hmm... Then something is really off about either my research or my bike. A 107mm bottom bracket is supposed to give a chainline that matches that of my Formula hub, but the crank was 1/2 to 3/4 inch further away from the centerline of the bike than the cog until I took the spacer out and moved the ring inboard. I'll have to do some measuring and more research tomorrow and find where I went wrong.
