I guess '64 was a long way back so this is in really nice shape, even down to (I believe) the original seat

All original 64 varsity. New tires, rides nice.
This was my first 10 speed. Only difference I can identify is the bar tape was plastic, matching the blue frame color. Stopped riding it in ‘72 when I got a gas pipe Chiorda as an “upgrade”.
