As near as I can tell, people are EITHER wide- OR narrow-footed; everyone either says shoes are too narrow (me) or too wide (you), and no one's happy.
I mean, I know there are some people in the middle, but wide/narrow fits are rarer than it seems they should be, and it seems manufacturers have a habit of chasing in one direction or the other instead of providing options.
Apart form the above-mentioned volume issue (because my feet seem to be average in width), my biggest shoe issue is asymmetry. If a pair fits my left foot, the right foot is cramped. If it fits the right, the left is loose. What I need is a left shoe in 45 and a right in 46.
