1983 was the last period of Tullio.

1984 brought the Corsa Record ( yeah felt like 1985-86 ) but there are 1984 date coded C Record parts - I have a set of cranks so marked.
SIS was also introduced in 1984- sort of.
the Suntour patent ended Nov 1984 in the USA. October 1984 in Japan.
the parts were made and as soon as the Suntour patent ended the gates opened for distribution.
