4 of us started riding a little early today because of the heat. On the second climb one friend was having trouble dropping the chain and the second time it got stuck between the crank and the frame and he couldn't unclip and fell over which bent his derailleur hanger or cage. After that it was ghost shifting and jumping and we couldn't get it to work so he turned back.

The rest of us went on to our snack break where I had a flat. Put my spare tube in and it went flat a few miles up the road. It leaked at the seam near the stem. It's the second tube I've had separate recently.
After that no issues except the heat. I drank 6 large bottles plus a 20oz soda and was 5 pounds light when I got home.

The good news is my breathing has been better lately and I haven't used the Albuterol in more than a week.
