Bikes: Panasonic PT-4500, Miele Touring and Batavus Pro

I really like the adjustable bar stems on the Capo and the Paramount.
Checking on the'Bay doesn't show any.

Does anyone know the model(s)?

Edit: Yowzers! I checked "adjustable racing stem" and they're not cheap 😮.
