No manufacturers made swoopy aero-style shift levers like those until the latter years of the 1980s. The barrel of the right shift lever is larger in diameter than that of the left shifter, which strongly suggests that the right shifter originally incorporated an indexing mechanism or at least a ratchet, again pointing to a later year of manufacture.

The levers might be some variant of Shimano Light Action or Sachs or something else. Anything but early Campagnolo.
