I was climbing a hill in a gear that I usually use in the summer and didn’t realize my HR was so high until I started to get winded at the top. Anyway it got me thinking: is it theoretically possible to be 102% HR MAX, or if you go over what you thought was your HR Max, then you should readjust your HR Max to the new higher number because you were wrong.
There was just a discussion on max HR in the last two weeks. Anyways, you max HR is the max number of beats that your heart can beat so logically you can't go past your max HR because whatever HR you reach will become you new max.
