Pirelli Cinturado mount easily and are fairly long wearing. Not the fastest but I never hear any complaints. GP5000TL have been redesigned and are not as much of a PITA to mount but still difficult, but they are incredibly popular.

Yeah, it really depends on what you're looking for. I really only ride race tires and expect 2500-3000 miles out of each rear tire. Any of the newest generation have been great within those parameters (with a good sealant): Pro One Evo Addix, Power Road, P-Zero Race. Haven't tried them yet, but I would expect the GP5kS TR to perform similarly.
