Ok, completed some measurements and arrived at an estimate of bolt shaft length.
Flats of the bolt shaft is 5mm thick
Round of the bolt shaft is 6mm thick
Domed nut is 9mm long

Cable hole is 2mm
Derailleur section the bolt must pass through is 6mm
So assuming the bolt shaft needs at least 4mm to catch in the nut, then
estimated bolt shaft length would be 12mm.
Sound about right?
I think I gots one for ya, but the nut is plain not domed. However I can look for a domed nut tonight if that's a must-have, good chance I will find one. You have the washers you need, right?
