In a normal world, might seem absurd to imagine someone would be required to choose. From the viewpoint of "the land of plenty" and uninterrupted supply chains, it's hard to appreciate. Though, I suspect in many countries (and "backwaters") it's not altogether rare to find that only certain models and sizes are available.
