Stopped tire sliding on pavement = skidding. You're trying to "No True Scotsman" your way out of this, rather than simply accepting that it's pretty easy to skid a back tire in a heavy braking situation. You didn't say, "I've never had the back tire skid enough to actually affect a stop", you said it was difficult to skid the rear tire AT ALL, which is clearly not the case. In the two cases I described, they didn't affect the stop, or the turn, because I caught them early and acted accordingly. In the case of the turn, if I had NOT caught it and had gone on into the turn, it would have absolutely affected it.
We can get into the technicalities of what constitutes a skid if you want, but no I don't think it's the true Scotsman fallacy to point out that I wouldn't consider stopped tire sliding on pavement a tiny amount to qualify as a full-on skid. Essentially, some at least small amount of slide is inevitable if you lock the brakes effectively.

Your evidence that it's "easy" to do is that it happened to you twice???!!!! In how many years and how many miles?

I dunno, maybe the reason I don't believe this is it's never been my reaction to anything to put a death grip on my brakes. I'm still not going to start practicing that because I think that's a terrible habit to get into.

I've never unintentionally skidded. When I have skidded, it was as a kid with coaster brakes. Now that was easy to do..
You guys want to do stupid crap like intentionally slamming your brakes at 35 mph to see what happens, go right ahead. I just don't for a second think that's really training anyone to do anything good.
