Bikes: 1986 Trek 310 Elance, 1997 Schwinn HydraGlide, 1987 Trek Antelope 800, 2003 Haro F4, 198? Allsop Offroad Climber, 198? Raleigh Eclipse, 2008 Diamondback Venom

I'm going to say that bike is from 1998, based on:
  • how the head tube passes through the down tube
  • the down tube prominently sticks out in front of the head tube
  • the rear brakes are calipers mounted upside down on the seatstay bridge
  • Radial spoke front wheel
It also looks like there are two different models of the Hoop-d from 1998. The other has a wraparound gusset where the head tube, top tube, and down tube meet and the down tube doesn't stick out in front of the head tube.

Look at the BMX Museum for examples.
