Thanks for the reply. I went on there and they all look very similar for a span of like 4 years so it’s pretty hard to tell but i agree, some 98 and 99 bikes seem to be the most similar ones.

- how the head tube passes through the down tube
- the down tube prominently sticks out in front of the head tube
- the rear brakes are calipers mounted upside down on the seatstay bridge
- Radial spoke front wheel
It also looks like there are two different models of the Hoop-d from 1998. The other has a wraparound gusset where the head tube, top tube, and down tube meet and the down tube doesn't stick out in front of the head tube.
