Is it this bike? If so, and you have rim brakes…it might be that the brake caliper is out of align and/or the wheel not centered in the fork/dropouts. That realignment is fairly simple. Other things to check would be to make sure the axle is in the dropouts completely on both sides, and/or that the axle is resting in the dropout and not the QR skewer. — Dan
