I used one once many years ago. I didn't buy it to
fix an issue, I just needed a seatpost that would fit an old frame with an odd seatpost diameter and that was the only one I could find.
Turned out riding with a 0 setback seatpost
caused an issue, and so I stopped riding that bike until I could find a setback seatpost to replace it with.
