The typical leg length-to-height ratio is reported to be 1:2.2 – 1:2.5.

A pubic bone height of 85 cm is on the high end for an adult male with a height of 179 cm. That's a leg-to-height ratio of 1:2.1. So yes, your legs are longer than average for your height.

My leg-to-height ratio is 88:180, or 1:2.05. Slightly longer legs than yours. I find it nearly impossible to get off-the-rack pants that fit in both the waist and leg.
