I’m 68 1/2” (173.99cm) tall. My PBH is 34” (86.36cm) making my cycling inseam just under 1/2 of my overall height. I believe that makes my legs “long” for my height. I have bikes with frames that (using traditional sizing methods) would be considered too large for me but when I set them up there’s plenty of exposed seat post! As I age (I’ll be 70 in September) my height seems to be shrinking but since that is mostly due to vertebral column compression, my leg length (PBH) will be a larger fraction of my total height. Good thing is that my saddle height won’t be changing much. I may have to get some stems with less reach tho
