The bike is likely to develop a shimmy some where's above 30 mph and will get less than half the advertised range. This bike is a gravel pavement only bike, not a bike for rough roads. The company is the perfect magnet for someone that just lost their driving privileges for a DUI. Bicycles are not safe at motorcycle speeds.
