Bikes: Some silver ones, a red one, a black and orange one, and a few titanium ones

It’s meant to go into the top of a non-aero road lever. The kind where the cable goes out of the top of the lever and has a long loop of cable housing to both the front and rear brake. The red arrow in the attached picture shows the cable.
