Not exactly Seattle, but a short (30 minutes) ferry ride from downtown Seattle, and a twenty minute walk on the other side will take you to Classic Cycles on Bainbridge Island. In addition to a bike shop, it's also a museum of classic bikes. Well worth the visit if you can afford the time. And the ferry ride gives you a pretty awesome view of Seattle from the water.
